Our Responsible Gaming Tools

All tools are accessible from My Account → Responsible Gaming. Changes take effect immediately when activated. Increases to limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period; decreases take effect instantly.

Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Applies across all devices.
Session Time Limits
Get a reminder alert when your session reaches your chosen duration.
Reality Checks
Regular pop-ups showing time played and total real money wagered.
Loss Limits
Cap how much you can lose in a set period. Prevents runaway losses.
Cooling-Off Period
Take a break from 24 hours to 6 weeks. Account access suspended.
Self-Exclusion
Permanent or long-term exclusion from 6 months to 5 years.

Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is our most powerful responsible gaming tool. When activated, your account is immediately suspended — you cannot deposit, play, or access the casino. You can set exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, or permanently. During exclusion, we stop all marketing communications to you. To activate self-exclusion, go to My Account → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion, or contact support directly and we'll activate it immediately on your behalf.

During a self-exclusion period, do not attempt to open new accounts — this undermines the protection you've set up for yourself. If you try to re-register during an active exclusion period, we will close the new account and reinforce your exclusion.
